Beach hut studios brings you Sharon Pringle

Sharon pringle was born in zambia in 1959. Although she enjoyed art at school she studied and worked as a physiotherapist until she decided to explore art as a career.The impressionist style has influenced her work and inspired a love of light and colour.

Subject matter is chosen for various reasons.
The sea - for its translucent and reflective aspects achieved by careful layering of colour.
Children at play - for the expression of joy and movement achieved by typical childish postures and softened outlines.
Wildlife - for patterns e.g Zebra stripes, horns of buck and wrinkles on elephants.
Musicians - for shapes of instruments and light reflected off brass achieved best in monochrome.
